I ordered and in full for a phone March 9th. It is now March 25th and the tracking number still says “awaiting for package to arrive to USPS.

  3. I got approved for a phone. Got it in the mail quickly. It came with a SIM card nano adaptor, and the SIM card card with the different punch outs for perfect size. The SIM card should have been in the middle of the cut outs. Instead it was in the phone, phone is VERY used has scratches and physical damage to it. Someone is logged into this phone and it’s really weird. Not ok.

  4. I don’t understand what is happening here, I have qualified for the ACP program and am currently using a phone from Assurance Wireless but I keep getting emails welcoming me to Air Talk Wireless. I installed the app and it shows that I received a Galaxy Note phone and even have a number, it shows my account as active but I have never received a phone from Air Talk nor remember switching carriers, not that I wouldn’t mind because the phone that assurance sent me is trash, how do I get this resolved???

Well, my iPhone7 arrived about 2 weeks ago or more. Straight outta the box, there was a message saying “battery needs to be serviced”, 75% battery life left (not battery charge). I charged it up all the way, and it’s drained in less than an hour! I’ve tried since the day I received this piece of crap, to reach customer service by phone, email, and live chat, and 2 weeks or more since the phone arrived, I still have yet to speak to anyone about the defective phone they sent me. I’m starting to think this is just a scam, since they want you to pay $25 for a crappy replacement phone, + $11.00 for a new SIM card! Almost like they already know they sent me a POS that I can’t even use. Way to take the food out of our low income families mouths! If someone could respond, I wouldn’t need to file a complaint with the FCC so they can investigate this situation. But they’re far too busy, or just don’t want to deal with us poor people, so they just ignore our inquiries. Google airtalk wireless when you get a chance. 1,000s of negative reviews…I’m not the first that has been screwed by airtalk. Thanks for your time.

I tried to order a tablet and phone together, but was unable to do. So I added the phone on a second order within one hour. I asked to change my tablet ordered before AirTalk wireless shipped my tablet.

I received the first tablet ordered two months after ordering. It doesn’t work in my house. Because AirTalk wireless didn’t send a free phone, I bought a NEW Apple iPhone XR from Cricket for $50.

AirTalk wireless is charging the government for my phone AND tablet service, even though the tablet doesn’t work. They never sent a SIMM to install in my iPhone that I bought from Cricket. I am using only my iPhone with the tablet SIMM installed. They promised unlimited Internet Data when I ordered, but my service runs out every month and my VA Healthcare provider is unable to video conference with me.

AirTalk Wireless is terrible, but I am stuck with them until I can find a better provider.
