2. You now need to confirm your household information. In this section, you will need to enter your initials in each of the boxes if you agree with the one-per-household limit and AirTalk Wireless’ rules. 

For example, if your name is James Smith, you will enter JS in the box as your initials. 

Then, click on “Continue”. 

3.1. Now it’s time to select the Government Program you are participating in. You should learn more about the Affordable Connectivity Program eligibility before signing up. 

Once you select your program of choice, click “Continue” and you will then be redirected to the National Verifier website where you will need to submit proofs for verification again. Once you have completed this step, you will be transferred back to AirTalk Wireless automatically to finalize your application. 

3.2. Now you are on the National Verifier’s website, click “Next” to continue. 

3.3. Submit your proof again to prove your eligibility for the Lifeline and ACP program. Then select “Next”. 

Make sure you upload all requested documentation. Be aware that you will not be able to change this information after selecting “Next.” 

3.4. You are now on the Agreement page and you’re almost done with the National Verifier! To complete this section, enter your initials and your signature in the form, then click “Submit” to finish the process. 

3.5. The National Verifier is now checking your documentation. Click “Continue” and you will be redirected back to the AirTalk Wireless website where you will now be able to select your free phone! 

4.1. Once your device is selected and you receive approval, your phone will ship within 5-7 business days.
