As a former customer I would advise applicants to be sure the phone they pick is what they get. Most times it is not what will be sent to you. In fact I received a damaged Galaxy S8 vs the phone I selected which all of them are advertised by this site as in stock and that you can select them. But often it isn’t what you will get. I have spoken to a number of former Air Talk customers with the exact same experience. So research before you switch. The company uses an “if in stock” response to everyone who didnt get what they selected for why the got a used and or damaged device like mine was with screen burn in problems and scratched all up. I threw it in the trash where it belonged and immediately had the national verifier cancel the service and I went elsewhere.

For all free phones subsidized by AirTalk Wireless (the Company), we make every effort to fulfill your order and ship the device make and model you selected during the application process. Occasionally, a device may become unavailable after you have submitted your order. In that case, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate phone (a different make and model than the one you selected) of equal or greater value as determined by the Company. This was disclosed in your Order Summary and Consent Agreement during the sign up and also in our Terms & Conditions on our website. We hope for your understanding.
