      I have been trying to transfer and and apply for airtalk wireless since june 13 2020 and I now am having issues with the second page of the application after i put in my address properly as instructed the unit number types in but if i click anywhere after that the unit number space goes blank and the application stops !!!!I have been trying to get this resolved but it would appear that the website is flawed as the facebook reviews are loaded with complaints. If this keeps up then i would suggest going to the FCC.I keep getting people on messenger that don’t seem to comprehend this problem .does anybody else reading this have problems with airtalkwireless ?

My issue is that even though I’m approved by the national verifier I cant go directly from that site into airtalk wireless I keep getting blocked, something about the site not being safe, not being able to prove its authenticity?! Then when I try it the other way around I’m stuck where I put my email address it forced to come out in capital letters when I try to write it in small letter it automatically changes to capital letter so they arent able to email me anything?! How can I fix this

    I have been waiting for two weeks now and it’s saying that my order has been shipped but UPS hasn’t gotten it UPS said it’s waiting for it to come from somewhere else and I’m just stuck in limbo it gives me a tracking number but UPS can’t track it because it’s not with them. Now what do I do?

      • I applied sept 29th and paid $306 for my upgraded phone. I’ve spoke with lifeline and im approved ,I supplied extra proof of eligibility to you as well as proof of address, ive sat on my phone for hours on chat yet never spoke with an agent, and have sent several emails though support yet have not received a response. Yet im still stuck on approved which means you have yet to give me a number, So im disconnected if i try to call your phone number as not a customer, please use the site. Which is only made more stressful as if im not a customer why did you accept over $300 from a person on government programs, Who has been disconnected by jer previous provider now for 9 days. Yet still have not received a tracking number, And no info whatsoever as to what is holding me up, or how I can help u help me.
