AirTalk Wireless has recently expanded its Loyalty Program rewards! Now, you can redeem your Loyalty points for two exciting options:  

  • Enjoy extra Free Data: Boost your fun effortlessly by exchanging points for more data.  
  • Maximize savings with Cashback Rewards: Convert points into cash for more value with less spending! 

The number of points needed varies depending on the reward. And the good news doesn’t stop there! Stay tuned for even more thrilling additions, including exclusive discounts, free gifts exchange, and discount vouchers, coming soon.

How do I earn loyalty points? 

AirTalk eSIM

It’s easier than you could imagine! We’re preparing many methods for you to score points in upcoming updates. For now, you can get more points through:   

  • Staying with us: The simplest yet most efficient way; stay active with AirTalk Wireless and receive 2 monthly points (especially tribal members earn 5 monthly points).
  • Referrals: Bring your friend on board to get bonus up to 15 points with each successful referral. Also, you will also be rewarded bonus up to to 6 points every month for each referee who stays active with us! 

Monitor your point balance effortlessly by logging into your AirTalk account through our application or website. Your point balance will be updated in real-time, reflecting earned points or redeemed rewards instantly. 

What is a Referral Program? 

As a part of our Loyalty Program, the Referral Program empowers you to supercharge your loyalty point stash by inviting friends to join AirTalk! More friends mean more fun and more points.

For each approved application from your referral, you’ll get 5 points as a reward. Plus, if you refer tribal individuals, you’ll receive triple the reward at 15 points for each once (only in the first month). And the benefits don’t stop there – you’ll also earn additional 6points every month per referred friend who stays active with our AirTalk service!

Questions you may have?

1. Why is my monthly point still pending?

Remaining active with us for a month will earn 2 points (tribal users will get 5 points) for the following month. Initially, these points will be held in a pending status awaiting verification, usually within the first 10 days of the following month. This process applies to all points you receive from any activation with us including referrals and top referrals. Once verified, your points will be promptly added. Stay tuned! If there are any issues with your pending points, we’ll notify you.

2. Can I combine loyalty points with other promotions or discounts? 

Absolutely! The Loyalty program is designed to reward you while ensuring the security of your earned benefits. You can easily combine it with other promotions, offering the potential for even greater savings. What’s not to love?

3. Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else? 

We regret to inform you that transferring points to someone else is not allowed. AirTalk aims to protect individual advantages and maintain fairness for all customers. 

4. Can I refer AirTalk to friends who are already customers? 

No, for a referral to be deemed successful, we will only accept new applications from individuals who are currently not with AirTalk.

5. Why do I need to keep the invitees active? 

By maintaining the activity of your invitees with us each month, you will earn an additiona 6 points per individual each month. More points lead to more rewards, so let’s stay engaged!

I got my new phone, and it really is, for the first time ever from one of these government “gifts” has been what they promised or led me to believe I’d get in order to become affiliated, hence, until now, almost tricked or even feelings of being exploited by these companies/providers/hustlers. Until Now! I am so so happy! Where have you guys been?!?! Thank you team AirTalk! And by the way, if you’re still reading instead of signing up, I have no idea how they do it, but its a true 5g and I literally could not pay full service or contract fees for the service I’ve been getting!         You can qualify for the ACP program through participation in the same government programs as Lifeline such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Survivors Pension Benefits Fund and more.       We do offer a tablet-for-purchase option with ONLY DATA/INTERNET access for ACP-qualified customers who haven’t previously received a $100 device discount from the ACP program. If you have not claimed the one-time device credit with ACP, there will be an option for you to select the tablet. If not, that means you have claimed the one-time device credit before. Contact the ACP Support Center at (877) 384-2575 or e-mail them at ACPSupport@usac.org 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET to find where your benefit was claimed.
