    I have applied for the Air talk lifeline benefit. My application is completed but they want a copy of my ID. When I try to do so, and put my info in, it says application not found. When I try to create an account it says customer not found. What’s going on?

    I signed up for Lifeline and ACP with AirTalk because the website said they use ATT and ATT’s network is the only one that works well where I live, but I was sent a phone that operates on T-Mobile I called right away but was told there’s nothing that can be done so for 9 months I have been stuck with service I can’t use most of the time. Why doesn’t AirTalk offer free replacement phones like other companies do for people on government programs?

  7. i was thrilled to find out there was a way to get some help with getting a phone and service based on my income my problem is i applied on dec 18 and quickly got approved and still no phone has arrived even though everyday it says it will be here. my problem is now i received an email stating my service will be dis continued if i dont make at least one call or text! i would love to be making calls etc…i live alone with a vehicle broke down and i really need to be able to communicate. it says be here tom again but i really cdont believe it at this time.

  9. I applied for an iPhone 8 and paid $10.01 extra for a tablet about 5 weeks ago. I was Approved and was told because of the holidays it would be late. I waited 4 weeks and was given an ups tracking number. I kept checking and 4 days ago I received a new iPhone 8 and a new Clovertek tablet .
    The phone was already activated when I received it and the tablet easy to set up. I read a lot of negative reviews for Airtalk and was Leary of signing up. However I am very happy with my phone and tablet.! It was worth the wait !!
