  • If you receive a notice from AirTalk stating your benefit was transferred out and you did not authorize this:
    • Sign the transfer agreement right away to avoid interruption to service
    • Contact the ACP support center and report that your benefit was moved to an unknown provider without your consent.

I would like to keep my benefits please . Ty . I found a text in my spam folder from a 4 digit number that I did not mark as spam. Its also made to look like an outgoing text. How can I keep my data secure from anyone trying to be malicious with malware??

  2. Wait — does this mean that if I already have ACP through you guys , that I have to reapply because of new enrollments being cut off ?

    • AirTalk Wireless Reply

No, you can continue to enjoy our free service as long as you remain eligible for the benefit. To ensure your eligibility, USAC will verify your qualifications annually. If USAC is unable to confirm your eligibility, they will send you a letter requesting recertification.
