  9. I have been trying for 3 days to “opt in” to the ACP AND LIFELINE benefit. I am already in the ACP program now I want to opt in to lifeline service I can get as far as (Application Submission) and when I click on the application submission button it will not submit. it just stays there on that pg.

      I have ACP with Airtalk but don’t want my service interrupted so so they switch me over to lifeline or do I have to go apply again or what cause I’m having a hard time applying for lifeline as to it says I’m already a customer so it wouldn’t allow mee.         To opt-in Lifeline you need submit a new application with COMBO plan on our website for the Lifeline benefit. The system will recognize if you have an account with us. You need to choose to upgrade their plan to COMBO if desired.  Or visit your account portal at https://airtalkwireless.com/account. Once logged in, navigate to the benefits section and select the appropriate option. Please be advised that, due to current technical limitations, we cannot guarantee immediate success during the opt-in process.
