What is Referral Program? 

As a member of our Loyalty Program, our Referral Program empowers you to boost your loyalty points by inviting friends to join AirTalk! More friends mean more fun and more points. For each approved application from your referral, you’ll receive a reward of 10 points (If you refer tribal individuals, you’ll receive double the reward at 20 points for each once).

But that’s not all – you’ll also earn an additional 5 points every month for each referred friend who stays active with AirTalk service. How cool is that? We know more points mean more fun and, of course, more rewards that benefit you. So, don’t wait, join us now! 

What is the Top Referrers section? 

To provide extra motivation for earning more points and to celebrate our most active referrers, we’ve decided to establish a competitive leaderboard, ranking the top 5 referrers each month. Seize this opportunity to increase your points and redeem even more valuable rewards. 

How does this rank work?

Let’s find out how the competitive leaderboard works and how you can boost your ranking. 

  • Reward for the Top 5: The top 5 referrers on the Leaderboard each receive a bonus of 50 points! 
  • Countdown and Reset: The final rankings are determined when the countdown ends, and the Leaderboard resets on the 1st of each month. 
  • Qualifying for the Top 5: To be eligible for the top 5, you must have successfully referred at least 10 people during that month. 
  • Tiebreaker Rule: When multiple referrers have the same number of referrals, the referrer with the most recent referral will take the higher position in the ranking. 
  • Maintaining Your Rank: Your referrals must remain active with AirTalk for the entire month. If some become inactive, your referral count and rank may be adjusted.

1. When will I receive my referral rewards?  

Once your referred individual remains active with us for a full month, your referral points for this person will be pending for approximately 10 days later, allowing us to conduct a comprehensive review to ensure accuracy. Once verify, your points will be counted immediately.

2. How do I check my current loyalty points balance? 

You can check your point balance by signing in to your AirTalk account via our application or website. The point balance will be updated immediately whenever you earn additional points or redeem them for rewards. 

3. How many friends can I invite per month? 

Feel free to invite as many friends as you like! We don’t set a limit for your effort. 

4. Will my friends get the bonus point when they accept my invitation?   

Your friends won’t get bonus points for being invited. However, they will still get points for being active each month. See Loyalty FAQs for more details. 

5. Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else? 

We regret to inform you that transferring points to someone else is not allowed. AirTalk aims to protect individual advantages and maintain fairness for all customers. 

6. When will the final ranking be determined? 

The final ranking will be determined from the beginning to the end of each month. After this period, the ranking will be reset.

  3. I currently am an Airtalk Wireless customer and have been needing a better working phone upgrade. My speaker on my phone has not worked well also my screen is cracked from dropping it out of the vehicle onto the concrete accidentally. Please help I am willing to purchase
