      Without additional funding, the ACP will only provide its full benefit until April 30, 2024, and a partial benefit in May. However, AirTalk Wireless will offer customers the complete service plan in May, regardless of the level of ACP benefit.  We encourage you to opt for the Lifeline service so that we can attempt to maintain your current plan until we receive the final notice from the government.

      I would like to transfer my current phone # into the new device that I’m receiving from you. I know you also use T-mobile’s towers also. If my current phone can be transfer into my new phone cuz the phone that I’m currently using doesn’t connect to the internet fast enough.     I filled out the application and I am approved for Lifeline as well as ACP. I picked a phone however am I still eligible to receive the tablet as well if I pay the 10.01$? I was unable to chose both devices? I’m trying to take online courses and the tablet would be extremely beneficial.

      If you have not claimed the one time device credit with ACP, there will be an option for you to select the tablet. If not, that means you have claimed the one time device credit before. Please contact the ACP Support Center at (877) 384-2575 or e-mail them at ACPSupport@usac.org 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET to find where your benefit was claimed.

        I have been approved but some hacker is trying to use a qlink and using my benefits number. He put in transfer to go back to qlink using my number. DO Not transfer.
        He stole my ACP benefit last year.

However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed.
