  1. Hello I keep getting texts, email saying that my ACP beniefit was transferrred to another provider and I haven’t gave my consent for this action. Please dont stop my AirTalk services.

To prevent any inadvertent service provider changes, we strongly recommend refraining from applying with other service providers. Once the service has been transferred, we no longer have the authorization to directly address the issue.

To keep AirTalk as your sole provider, we suggest contacting the ACP Support Center at (877) 384-2575 or via email at ACPSupport@usac.org. The support center is available seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and is equipped to assist you in resolving this matter promptly.

If you need any assistance, please give us a call at +1 (855) 924-7825 or submit a ticket with us online at https://airtalkwireless.com/contact and we will gladly assist you further!

Your computer is not working properly. It refused to take my name and other information.

For the e-signature, please make sure you enter your full name as suggested in capitalized letters and remove any extra blank space before or after your full name. In short, you should re-write your name the same as with the suggestion below the signature box in capital letters. Example: [FIRST(space)LAST]

Um trying to get a phone and service but I can’t because the address is not adding up

On the address part of the application, put only the street number and name and a drop down menu will allow you to select the address. If you have an apartment number there will be another box on the right-hand side to put Apt number in. Due to our policies, package delivery is restricted to residential addresses. To proceed with your application, you may utilize the residential address of a friend or relative. This address will also be used for shipping your order.
