      This has been a wonderful experience transferring my ACP and my Lifeline over to air talk wireless they made it so easy. When my other carrier left me with a broken refurbished phone they sent me and sims that I couldn’t never get to right and informed me I would have to pay for another phone and sims card in to get my service back.     I’ve been approved for a iphone 7 plus and it has been 2 weeks and i still did not received my phone yet. Please can you help me figure this out thank you.

    • I have also been approved for the same phone and yet to receive it and it been over 2 weeks also and have email them and only get a message back saying it will be 10-14 day’s because of the holidays but no details about when or what is going on

    This is only my second month with airtalk wireless I switched from TruConnect. The first month everything ran smoothly on my phone Wi-Fi and mobile data but the second month I seem to have trouble staying connected to Wi-Fi and I’m having problems with my mobile data working when I leave the house. Help

    I’ve attempted to join up with Airtalk wireless, seeing that I am a lifeline customer but I believe that I would be in better hands with Airtalk, so I applied now I am told that my benefits were transferred to another company and I so contact Airtalk customer service immediately…. To be continued today at 8 am
