I applied for phone got approved for phone the package got delivered but there was no phone in the box. And then I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to contact them

You can check the status of your application and your shipment at https://apply.airtalkwireless.com/enroll/check-status. Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed.
I’m having trouble filling out the application for some reason it is saying that my home address is a buissness and it surely is not infact it’s the address that is on my DL that alone is proof it’s not a buissness you can’t have a buissness address on your state issued ID….what can I do

I thought I switched back to this AirTalk Wireless last month. They said I was approved to switch back and they would send me a new Sims card which I still haven’t received yet. What’s going on with this AirTalk Wireless. WHERE IS MY NEW SIMS CARD??

Here are the numbers I’ve got AirTalk Wireless ID#WAT1714444397 AND THE LIFELINE NATIONAL VERIFIER #ID Q12130-65434. IM USING MY OWN PHONE AND AIRTALK WIRELESS SAID MY PHONE WAS APPROVED TO ACTIVATE ON AirTalk Wireless and they were sending me a Sims card and phone number. This was on 4/29/2024. The NATIONAL Verifier said I was approved to transfer my service back to AirTalk Wireless.
