How do I check the status of my order

Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed.

I ordered my phone December 25th, I was giving it time to come in due to it being Christmas. I got an email saying that it had been shipped. I traced the shipping label and it said that I should get it by January 10, then after the 10th went by and no phone I looked to see and it had that it had been delivered. If you have not claimed the one-time device credit with ACP, there will be an option for you to select the tablet. If not, that means you have claimed the one-time device credit before. Contact the ACP Support Center at (877) 384-2575 or e-mail them at ACPSupport@usac.org 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET to find where your benefit was claimed.
