    I’m confused bc I have been getting Free service and now it’s saying my phone will be turned off on the 31st why? I use this phone for a number of reasons and there very important.

      Without additional funding, the ACP will only provide its full benefit until April 30, 2024, and a partial benefit in May. However, AirTalk Wireless will offer customers the complete service plan in May, regardless of the level of ACP benefit.  We encourage you to opt for the Lifeline service so that we can attempt to maintain your current plan until we receive the final notice from the government.

      • I been with Airtalk wireless since February 2024 and love it works find for me also got a phone from Airtalk wireless only problem I do have is there phone when I did receive the phone everything works besides my end of the phone calls no one can hear me answer them r speaking to them . I try to contact Airtalk to let them know. N the meantime I had lost my phone. So then found my phone about 3 weeks later. So I had no phone n had to borrow a friend’s phone. So I called Airtalk wireless again to let them know that I did find my phone and was wanting to reconnect with Airtalk. Again. And I was able to get a new SIM card .. soo I was much happier with that.. so! I’m hoping that I can upgrade n a few months to atlease get a phone that works. I can deal with it for a little bit longer I’m just happy I have something.. but everything else is great with Airtalk wireless… thanks
