        Without additional funding, the ACP will only provide its full benefit until April 30, 2024, and a partial benefit in May. However, AirTalk Wireless will offer customers the complete service plan in May, regardless of the level of ACP benefit.  We encourage you to opt for the Lifeline service so that we can attempt to maintain your service and phone number.

    I’m writing to you because I know this is my final attempt to change my service over to lifeline so I don’t lose my phone number and my service but every time I try it won’t let me do it it says I already have an account but I’m trying to transfer my account from my ACP plan to my 1lifeline plan and it won’t let me do it please help.
