How Long Will It Take to Receive Approval? 

Applications are typically approved within 20 to 30 minutes. Some applications, however, will have to wait 3-4 days or more to be approved because your proof documentation needs to be double-checked. When your application has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for your order. At AirTalk, we also understand that our customers are excited to receive their FREE smartphone and monthly service. When Will I Receive My Free Phone and Service After Successfully Signing Up?

    I’ve already got A phone with Airtalk Wireless (lifeline). How do I get my free or discounted laptop or tablet along with home internet? Or do yall offer that? I was confused when I filled out for the phone on how to also sign up for tablet & internet!? Do I need to pick different Provider for that?

      Registering for only Lifeline provides you with talk, text and some data.
      When you apply for ACP, we offer you unlimited text, talk and more data every month.
      For a tablet, you’ll need make a Copay of $10.01 (only one time).

          Unfortunately, as per regulation, only one line/plan is permitted per household, your phone should be using the plan already, so the tablet won’t be connected to it. But you can always sign up for premium service from AirVoice Wireless (parent company of AirTalk Wireless) for another plan starting from $15/month.

So I recently put in my application for a free phone , luckily I was approved but I’ve been logging in every day to track my phone while it’s in the shipping process and I see that not only does the date change but the time it was shipped also changes . Do you guys do that often ? My phone first started the shipping process on the 6th but every day it changes to the current days date and I’m a little concerned about that because on the USPS tracking site it also tells me that they have yet to receive my package from you all.
