Applications are typically approved within 20 to 30 minutes. Some applications, however, will have to wait 3-4 days or more to be approved because your proof documentation needs to be double-checked. When your application has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for your order.   6. My employer keeps asking me when I will have a phone. I told them I was getting a phone 3 weeks ago. It has been a month since Airtalk Wireless gave me a shipping/tracking number but it showa no information because the package has not been scanned into the shipping office. I wrote the shipping company and they said they are still waiting for the shipment. Airtalk Wireless has said they are experiencing intermittent carrier issues. I would like a clear outlook on my phone service future, if your carrier is not working for you, then you should switch to another. That way everyone would be satisfied. 🙂

      Your other Lifeline/ACP line will be cut the moment your new application gets approved. Please understand this is a common term for every service provider since there’s only 1 active line allowed for the same household.
