How Long Will It Take to Receive Approval? 

Applications are typically approved within 20 to 30 minutes. Some applications, however, will have to wait 3-4 days or more to be approved because your proof documentation needs to be double-checked. When your application has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for your order.     Hello so I was applying for the lifeline program and when it asks me to enter my address my lot number doesn’t come up due to it being a new lot number within the trailer park, so how would I be able to get the phone shipped to me at the correct address when it doesn’t have the option for Lot 11

          While it is true that the ACP program will be winding down soon, there is no need to worry. Your service will continue uninterrupted until an official end date is announced.       Okay so I got a Samsung Galaxy phone from y’all but the sim card isn’t with the phone cuz it was already pushed out and I had opened it and it wasn’t even in the box so looks like I got no use into using the AirTalk Wireless service cuz idk how to get a sim card that wasn’t even with the phone to begin with so I got a phone through y’all from the government program but I can’t use the phone and i do know how to receive the sim card that was supposed to come with the phone so I’m disappointed

        Been waiting months ,still processing phone,tried calling and everything else,live chat ect,and still can’t getting touch with anyone no return calls nothing ,and my phone is still processing after 2 months ,they deconnected and transferred all my service to airtalk ,so I have no phone sitting here months waiting. How can I find help,and I paid like 400 for the phone I ordered.no tracking no nothing .I’m bout ready to cancel ,but will I receive my refund,airtalk is making me nervous.at least call me back .wow
