ACP is only available to eligible consumers, and individuals can qualify for ACP through income or through participation in various government benefit programs.
Individuals can receive a free smartphone as a part of the ACP. To qualify for ACP, an individual must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Participate in one of the Federal Assistance programs
